Inspired by the visionary Padmashri Sridhar Vembu, I coined the term ‘Village to World’ in 2018 and officially registered V2W Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2020, with a mission to ‘Empower Rural Talents.’
After spending 25 years away from my village — including over a decade in the United States and time in Indian metros — I returned to my roots to build a humane organization that taps into rural talent to deliver global services with world-class quality.
I grew up as the son of a driver and the elder brother of two farmers, so I have a deep connection to village life. I understand the real struggles and the hidden potential in rural communities. My purpose is to empower rural youth to serve global clients while staying rooted in their hometowns — with a strong focus on quality, discipline, and professionalism.
This sense of service started during my school days at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, where I was inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda. My school taught me discipline, self-confidence, and the values of giving back to society. The principle of “Man-Making and Nation-Building” continues to shape my journey.
With over 20 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Leader in Supply Chain Management, I’ve worked across industries like Retail, Healthcare, and Food, specializing in consulting, design, and implementation — especially using Manhattan Associates’ SCM solutions.
