Why V2W Software Solutions – https://v2wss.com/about-us/whyv2w/ was the idea from our founder’s Idea book dated- 2018. Of course, a journalist from Rajasthan, finetuned the wording to make it more appealing on the website.
Turning back ~ 2 years from today – We firmly stood by our words & we proudly say yes, we did! despite all our odds. We are in fact adding more strength to our why.
Now we understand:
- When we take care of our #workingmoms, we take care of the next generation.
- When an organization do not intend to make money for founders it can build a family.
- It takes more time, money, and personal sacrifice to build a successful purpose-driven organization.
Result of our Why:
- We did not wait to get profitable before we provided pay raise to our teammates.
- We turned down investment opportunities, to strengthen our why.
- We don’t have a yearly pay raise cycle. We do it more often. Our book (Zoho Books) speaks it all!
- V2W team created yet another purposeful organization in – chantai.in (Empowering Rural Business). Partnering and digitally enabling a 50 Yrs. old local #grocerystores (#dataengineering and #analytics from Raw & Legacy data, #digitalization).
- We bleed when we receive resumes of young Indians who are single in our villages. We are working on a process to bring awareness to strengthen our culture. The numbers are truly Alarming – India should take care of this else we will be in greater trouble in less than a decade.
- We get angry when our #nature is being exploited, and decisions in the board room shattered our village #ecology and our #agriculture We are bringing awareness to our local farming community by closely working with existing government machinery & policies by walking the talk – Natural farming. Yes, India does have strong policies to encourage Natural & Organic farming. (We will share more details on this) Our kids and our chantai.in customers will be the immediate beneficiaries of natural farming to start with.
Our Achievement:
- Our working Moms are Happy and take care of the organization – From sales, and administration to hardcore software programming.
- We turned a sales executive from a car showroom into an aspiring #DevOpsEngineer. He loves what he does.
- We turned an engineering graduate who worked at a local harbor into a successful #SCM Business Analyst. He enjoys the journey, He himself requested to work in SCM.
- We turned an engineering graduate who worked as construction labor into a budding SCM Business Analyst.
- We turned a 5+ yrs experienced math teacher who lost his job due to corona into a successful SCM Business Analyst who is currently part of one of India’s leading Tractor/Truck manufacturers’ Transportation Network Optimization projects!
- We are learning what’s missing in our rural talents, this will be our greater asset.
- We have Industry legends in Mustafa Zain, and Naval Sabharwal advising and training our teammates on a pro bono basis.
