Our Founder

Inspired by the visionary Padmashri Sridhar Vembu, I coined the term 'Village to World' in 2018 and officially registered V2W Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2020, with a mission to 'Empower Rural Talents.' After 25 years away, including over a decade in the United States and time spent in Indian metros, I returned to my roots in India to build a humane organization that harnesses rural talent to deliver global services.

Growing up as the son of a driver and the elder brother of two farmers, I have a deep connection to rural life and an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these communities. My passion lies in using technology and innovation to empower rural areas, fostering opportunities that contribute to sustainable development and preserving our agricultural heritage.

With over 19 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Leader in supply chain management systems, I have worked across diverse industries such as Retail, Healthcare, and Food. My journey has provided me with extensive expertise in consulting, design, and implementation, particularly with Manhattan Associates’ Supply Chain Management solutions. I am committed to bringing this experience to V2W to drive positive change in rural communities.
