Where it all began
Inspired by the visionary Padmashri Sridhar Vembu, I coined the term ‘Village to World’ in 2018 and officially registered V2W Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2020, with a mission to ‘Empower Rural Talents.’
A simple idea, written in a notebook on 24 March 2018, became a company that today brings global work to young people in Kanyakumari.

A journey back to his roots
Rooted in village life
I grew up as the son of a driver and the elder brother of two farmers, so I have a deep connection to village life. I understand the real struggles and the hidden potential in rural communities.
Values from school
This sense of service started during my school days at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, where I was inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda. My school taught me discipline, self-confidence, and the values of giving back to society.
The principle of “Man-Making and Nation-Building” continues to shape my journey.
Twenty years in supply chain
With over 20 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Leader in Supply Chain Management, I’ve worked across industries like Retail, Healthcare, and Food, specializing in consulting, design, and implementation, especially using Manhattan Associates’ SCM solutions.
Coming home
After spending 25 years away from my village, including over a decade in the United States and time in Indian metros, I returned to my roots to build a humane organization that taps into rural talent to deliver global services with world-class quality.
Serving the world from home
My purpose is to empower rural youth to serve global clients while staying rooted in their hometowns, with a strong focus on quality, discipline, and professionalism.

That became V2W’s approach: Business first. Technology second. People always.
