V2W FinBridge · Zoho Books → TallyPrime
Your Zoho Books, in Tally. Every morning.
V2W FinBridge reads invoices, bills, payments and journals out of Zoho Books every night — or on demand — and posts them into your TallyPrime company as clean, GST-correct vouchers. One way only. No re-typing, no CSV imports, no duplicate entries.
How it works
Three parts, one direction
Your books live in the cloud. Tally lives on your office PC. V2W FinBridge is the translator between them — and it only ever pushes one way.
Source
Zoho Books
Your system of record, in the cloud.
Engine
V2W FinBridge
Translates every document into Tally’s own XML.
Destination
TallyPrime
Vouchers posted on your office PC.
Nightly on schedule, or on demand.
Network
No open ports, ever
A tiny agent beside Tally dials out to our server, exactly like a browser. No firewall changes, no port forwarding — your books are never exposed to the internet.
Integrity
Never a duplicate
Every synced record is remembered by ID and content. Re-run a sync, resume an interrupted one, or repair a mapping — the same invoice is never posted twice.
Compliance
GST-correct by design
CGST, SGST and IGST ledgers are derived per line, HSN/SAC carried through, and ledgers auto-created with the right classification — ready for your returns.
Zoho Books stays the system of record. Tally is always brought in line — automatically.
One rule, applied to every document, every night. If the two ever disagree, V2W FinBridge corrects Tally.
What syncs
The whole books, not just invoices
- Invoices Sales, item by item
- Credit notes Linked to their invoice
- Payments received Settles invoices
- Bills The purchase side
- Vendor credits Purchase reversals
- Payments made Against their bill
- Expenses With bank & cash ledgers
- Journals Manual entries, both sides
Customers, vendors, items and ledgers are created in Tally automatically, in dependency order — masters always land before the vouchers that need them.
Security
Security by architecture, not by promise
Tally stays private
Tally’s gateway never leaves your machine. The agent makes outbound HTTPS calls only — nothing on the internet can reach your company data.
Credentials are hashed
Each agent enrols with a one-time token, shown once and stored only as a hash. A lost token is replaced, never recovered.
Read-only on Zoho
V2W FinBridge never writes to Zoho Books. Your system of record is untouched by design, not by configuration.
